For the 34th Consecutive Year, City of Dublin Earns Financial Reporting Award

(Dublin, OH) For the 34th year in a row, the City of Dublin the City of Dublin earned the Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA) Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting for the annual comprehensive financial report for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2023. This certificate recognizes transparency and quality in financial reporting.

According to the GFOA, “The Certificate of Achievement is the highest form of recognition in the area of governmental accounting and financial reporting, and its attainment represents a significant accomplishment by a government and its management.”

The Certificate recognizes state and local governments that go above and beyond in sharing transparent financial reports. The City of Dublin’s annual financial report is available to the public on the City’s website.

“This is a true testament to our team’s dedication and hard work over the past year,” says City of Dublin Director of Finance Operations Jaime Hoffman. “As trusted financial stewards, this honor shows the community our commitment to fiscal transparency and responsibility.”
