(Dublin, Ohio) – The Dublin Wellness Alliance, in partnership with Syntero, is launching a Community Wellness Navigator to help Dublin residents connect with community resources that support basic needs. Beginning May 5, residents can access the free service during weekly drop-in hours at the Dublin Community Recreation Center (5600 Post Road Dublin, Ohio 43017).
The Community Wellness Navigator provides guidance to residents seeking support in areas such as food, healthcare, transportation, employment, housing information, legal support and other services.
Residents can meet with the Community Wellness Navigator during drop-in hours on Tuesdays from 4 to 6 p.m. and Thursdays from 10 a.m. to noon. The Navigator can also be reached by email and phone during drop-in hours for virtual assistance.
This initiative advances the goals outlined in the Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA), adopted by Dublin City Council in March 2025. It builds on Dublin’s strong health outcomes and aligns with the Dublin Wellness Alliance’s commitment to strengthening community well-being through education, resources, access and connections.
“The Community Health Needs Assessment highlighted the importance of access, awareness and connection,” said Mollie Steiner, Recreation Administrator, City of Dublin. “The Community Wellness Navigator brings those priorities to life by offering a trusted, approachable way for residents to find the help they need, all in one place.”
“Through our work, we know that navigating health and social services can be overwhelming,” said Susan Ortega, Chief Program Officer at Syntero. “The Community Wellness Navigator helps simplify that process by providing personalized support and connecting Dublin residents to the right resources.”
