New in Spring 2024: Household Hazardous Waste and Drug Take Back are part of the next Sustainable Saturday.
Please bring documents, household hazardous waste, Goodwill donations, e-waste, medications and Styrofoam recycling all in separate containers for collection.
This is a free service.
Dublin, Ohio, aspires to be the most sustainable global city of choice, which includes increasing our diversion rate. By offering collection events and 24-hour drop-off of compost, Styrofoam, Medication Drop Box and weekday e-waste recycling, Dublin is able to divert waste that may otherwise be put into the landfill.
In addition to old documents and household hazardous waste, the City of Dublin invites visitors to Sustainable Saturday where they can bring their Styrofoam packaging materials, e-waste, gently used textiles and unwanted prescription drugs.
Clothing, linens and other small house items will be donated to Goodwill. Clothing of any type or condition is accepted for collection. Old and tattered items are recycled into new material by Goodwill.
Large furniture like couches and chairs or items like bikes, skateboards and scooters can be dropped off at the Goodwill location on Sawmill Road.
