Document Destruction Day is Now Sustainable Saturday
Document Destruction Day is now more than a document shredding event!
In addition to old documents, the City invites visitors to bring their Styrofoam packaging materials and used towels or sheets. Help contribute to the over 2.5 tons of Styrofoam already recycled by the Dublin community. Textiles will be used to help support the care and rehabilitation of animals at the Ohio Wildlife Center.
Dublin, Ohio aspires to be the most sustainable global city of choice, which includes increasing our diversion rate. By offering collection events and 24-hour drop-off of compost, Styrofoam and e-waste, Dublin is able to divert waste that may otherwise be put into the landfill.
