To prepare for increased traffic and improve access to the future Mount Carmel Dublin, improvements are scheduled for the Bright Road corridor and the Bright Road/Sawmill Road intersection. A roundabout will be constructed on Emerald Parkway at the hospital’s entrance near Bright Road.
Work Status:
- AEP is installing underground electrical duct on Bright Road from Emerald Parkway to Sawmill Road.
Traffic Impact:
- Eastbound Bright Road will be closed between Emerald Parkway and Sawmill Road 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., April 15-19.
- Detour will be north on Emerald Parkway, then east on Hard Road to Sawmill Road.
