(Dublin, OH) Dublin City Council has approved an economic development agreement with React Health, a manufacturer and distributor of respiratory management, sleep therapy and equipment disinfection products.
Founded in 2010, React Health has steadily grown its portfolio through strategic acquisitions and product development, resulting in its ascension to the top of the respiratory industry. The company is looking to ramp up its operations by expanding its sales team and clinical staff to grow revenue and product offerings.
The project is expected to result in the creation of 21 jobs in Dublin and will be React Health’s first location within the city. The Economic Development Agreement is a three-year payroll performance withholding incentive of up to $15,000.
“React Health is a fast-growing company and its success in the health care and manufacturing markets fits well in two of Dublin’s most dynamic industries,” says Economic Development Administrator Kirby Dearth. “We’re excited about their decision to open a Dublin office and eager to support their continued growth.”
The performance incentive is contingent upon React Health providing documentation of a five-year lease of a 10,000-square-foot facility within Dublin commencing by Oct. 1, 2023, and occupying the facility by Jan. 1, 2024. The City anticipates collecting approximately $114,000 in net withholdings through 2026.
Council approved the EDA after a second reading at its meeting on May 22, 2023.
