The City of Dublin is committed to delivering world-class, innovative and efficient services to residents that make Dublin the most desirable and sustainable community. Construction on Eiterman Road between S.R. 161, Post Road and Bobcat Way will begin in June 2025 and is expected to be completed in October 2025.
The project includes
- Realignment of Eiterman Road, including asphalt paving, pavers, concrete curbs, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water main, street lighting, landscape, and a storm water management basin.
Traffic Impacts and Construction Phasing
- Temporary Impact: Eiterman Road will be closed overnight 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. Thursday, April 24, for preliminary work.
- North Eiterman Road is expected to close June 2025
- South Eiterman Road is scheduled to close July 2025
