Accessibility Information
Accessible Parking
Accessible parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis at the parking lot near the tennis courts on Coffman Park Drive. See the parking lot map for the specific parking lot location.
Wheelchair Accessibility
The City of Dublin’s Halloween Spooktacular is wheelchair accessible. The event takes place in Coffman Park and contains areas of grassy terrain, which may be more difficult to maneuver. Many areas of Spooktacular are accessible via sidewalks.
Take-a-Break Sensory Space
Should a guest with a neurodivergent disability become overstimulated or need some downtime, the Take-a-Break Sensory Space is available. Located near the Development Building and Petting Zoo, the Take-a-Break Sensory Space offers a calm place with sensory activities and equipment. Take-a-Break Sensory Space is available throughout Halloween Spooktacular.
Sensory Bags
A limited number of sensory bags, including sound-reducing headphones and sensory tools, are available to be signed out during the event at Take-a-Break Sensory Space.
Bags must be returned to Take-a-Break Sensory Space at the end of each visit and are sanitized before the next use.
Using a sensory bag is free, but we ask that guests signing out a sensory bag provide their contact information.
Sensory half-hour
On Friday, October 16, from 1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., there will be minimal lights, sounds and a smaller crowd.
A limited number of Trunk-or-Treat Trail tickets will be available free of charge on the City of Dublin Halloween Spooktacular website for Dublin residents beginning on Monday, October 5, at 10 a.m. Dublin City School District residents and non-residents may reserve any remaining tickets beginning on Thursday, October 8, at 5 p.m.
Restrooms and Companion Restrooms
The City of Dublin Halloween Spooktacular offers accessible restrooms near the tennis courts, inside the Dublin Community Recreation Center and near the entrance to the Trunk-or-Treat Trail. All accessible restrooms have grab bars. The Dublin Community Recreation Center has facilities with additional space and privacy for individuals who may need assistance from a member of their party, including an adult changing table.
Water
Halloween Spooktacular offers a free water refill station near the restrooms by the tennis court. Please bring a reusable water bottle to use at the station.
Lighting Sensitivity and Special Effects
Specialty lighting and other special effects are used extensively throughout Spooktacular. These special effects include theatrical fog, loud music and strobe lighting. Should you or any member of your party have a photosensitivity or seizure disorder, we recommend consulting your physician before your visit.

Public Records Request Overview
In order to support faster response and better tracking of requests, the City of Dublin uses JustFOIA to collect, respond to and manage public information requests.
Why JustFOIA?
JustFOIA is a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) online application that helps streamline the open records request process for the community and improve efficiencies in getting requested information quickly and accurately.
The application lets community members submit requests for all city records, including police reports. Commonly requested information includes accident reports, copies of resolutions and body-camera video.

Revised Charter of Dublin, Ohio
This Revised Charter, as adopted on March 19, 1996, became effective on July 4, 1996.
Zoning Code
The Zoning Code for Dublin is Chapter 153 of the Dublin Code of Ordinances. The Zoning Code sets land development requirements and establishes different uses within individual districts. Zoning regulations address the physical development of a site, such as building height, lot requirements, setbacks from lot lines, minimum numbers of parking spaces, sign types and sizes, and other related regulations.
