Independence Day Concert & Fireworks

Friday, July 4 at Dublin Coffman High School
Celebrate Independence Day with an evening of live music and a spectacular fireworks display at Dublin Coffman High School. Enjoy a festive atmosphere with family and friends as we light up the sky in honor of our nation’s birthday!

National Anthem Performer

The City of Dublin is seeking applicants to sing the National Anthem prior to the fireworks display at the Evening Celebration. All interested applicants must be a 2025 Dublin City High School graduating senior from either Dublin Jerome, Dublin Scioto, Dublin Coffman or Emerald Campus.

Admissions

All guests four and older need a stadium or reserved table wristband/online ticket to enter Dublin Coffman High School Stadium. Only reserved table wristbands/online tickets grant access to the reserved table area on the field. Stadium wristbands/tickets grant access to the stadium and offer bleacher seating.

Dublin residents ONLY will be able to purchase two tables per household online. Reserved tables on the sports field are $200 each and seat up to 8 people (children four and up require a ticket). April 7-May 11: Set up/Confirm Your Rec Center Account

Dublin residents interested in purchasing a table must have an active account with the Dublin Community Recreation Center (DCRC) and have verified their residency. For instructions on how to check your current account or activate a free account, please CLICK HERE.

May 12-13: Register for the Table Sale – WAITLIST AVAILABLE

UPDATE: While registration for the Table Sale has ended, a waitlist is available. To add your name to the waitlist, please CLICK HERE. Any tables not purchased by May 16 will be offered to residents on the waitlist. Those on the waitlist will be contacted on Monday, May 19.

Dublin residents with an active DCRC account can register for the table sale starting Monday, May 12 at 10 a.m. Registration will end at midnight on Tuesday, May 13. Confirmed registrants will be separated into groups and notified of their assigned time slot on Wednesday, May 14, for the online table sale scheduled later that week. The earlier a resident registers for the table sale, the earlier time slot they will get to purchase a table (similar to airline check-in and boarding groups).

May 15-16: Online Table Sale

On the day of the assigned timeslot, registrants will be emailed a ticket sales link. Upon selecting and purchasing a table, tickets will be emailed to the buyer. Individual tickets can be transferred to other guests electronically.

Tickets may be printed at home or shown on a mobile device. Reserved table wristbands may be picked up in advance at the Dublin Community Recreation Center on select dates, and they will be distributed at the stadium from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

A limited number of $1,000 Patriotic Table partnerships are available for the 2025 Independence Day Evening Celebration. This sponsorship includes: a prime-location table and a parking pass. Individuals and companies will be recognized for their partnership on the City of Dublin website and on signage at the evening celebration. June 15-30: Priority Access

Dublin residents and Dublin School District residents may purchase stadium wristbands (bleacher seating) beginning Sunday, June 15 at noon. July 1-4: Sales Open to the Public

If wristbands do not sell out, they will be available to the general public starting Tuesday, July 1, for $10 each. Wristbands may be purchased online or at the Dublin Community Recreation Center. Dublin residents and Dublin School District residents may continue to purchase $5 wristbands at the DCRC until July 4 at noon, but discounted wristbands will no longer be available online. 

DCRC Wristband Sales Hours

  • Monday-Friday | 8 a.m. — 9:30 p.m.
  • Saturday & Sunday |8 a.m. — 8 p.m.
  • July 4 | 8 a.m. — noon

Lawn seating areas are outside the stadium gates and do not require a wristband. The following is prohibited:

  • Stakes and tarps/plastic
  • Candles and sparklers
  • Grills
  • Alcohol
  • Drones (due to safety regulations, fireworks may be canceled if a drone is present)
  • Setting up inside designated walking paths

*Stakes longer than 3 inches are not permitted. If stakes are used, they will be removed. Not sure what to use to secure your location? Consider bricks, canned food items or sandbags.

Tents and blankets are allowed on July 4 only. All tents must be secured without stakes.

Kids Zone Tickets

Priority Access & Limited Quantities!

Similar to stadium wristband sales, Dublin residents and Dublin City Schools district residents receive priority access to purchase Kids Zone wristbands. Dublin residents and school district residents are strongly encouraged to buy their Kids Zone wristbands in advance. To help reduce attraction wait times, a limited number of wristbands will be sold this year. Each household may purchase up to five Kids Zone wristbands online or at the Dublin Community Recreation Center (DCRC).

The Kids Zone is recommended for children ages 2 to 11. A Kids Zone wristband allows for unlimited play from 4:30 to 9:30 p.m. Only kids playing on the inflatables require wristbands (supervising adults do not need wristbands). A Kids Zone wristband does not grant admission into the stadium. You will need to purchase a separate stadium wristband.

Dublin residents and Dublin City Schools district residents may purchase Kids Zone wristbands for $7 each at the DCRC or online beginning June 15 at noon. Only addresses labeled under Rec Services as City Resident in green or Dublin School District Resident in yellow are eligible to purchase $7 Kids Zone wristbands.

If Kids Zone wristbands do not sell out by July 1, they will be available to the general public for $10 each. Dublin residents and Dublin City Schools district residents may still purchase $7 Kids Zone wristbands at the DCRC while supplies last, but $7 wristbands will no longer be available online.

Onsite wristband sales end at 8:45 p.m. unless sold out earlier. Any Kids Zone tickets purchased online must be exchanged for a wristband onsite before 8:45 p.m. Attractions will stop operating at 9:30 p.m. sharp and access to enter longer wait lines may end earlier.

General Information

All bags will be checked upon entry. The following items/activities are not permitted inside the stadium:

  • Alcohol
  • Beach umbrellas
  • Drones (due to safety regulations, fireworks may be canceled if a drone is present)
  • Fireworks and Sparklers
  • Glass bottles
  • Glitter and Confetti
  • Grills
  • Gum
  • Knives
  • Peddling or soliciting and distribution of promotional items
  • Pets
  • Smoking, e-cigarettes included
  • Tents and tarps
  • Rollerblades, bikes, skateboards, scooters, etc.

Bring your reusable water bottle to the event. A water bottle refill station will be located under the bleachers on the northwest side of the stadium, providing free, clean and safe drinking water.

With a legendary career spanning five decades, KANSAS has firmly established itself as one of America’s iconic classic rock bands. This “garage band” from Topeka released their debut album in 1974 and have gone on to sell more than 30 million albums worldwide.

Table Decorating Contest

This year’s theme is “Rockin’ into the Fourth ”. Table judging begins at 6 p.m. and will last approximately one hour.

  • Decorations may be no taller than 30 inches.
  • Contestants may start decorating their table only after the gates are opened to the public at 4:30 p.m.
  • The first-place contestant will not be eligible to win the subsequent year.
  • The second and third place contestants are eligible to win the subsequent year.
  • You must be at your table to win, between 6:45 and 7:15 p.m.
  • It is recommended to be present when your table is judged.

Public Records Request Overview

In order to support faster response and better tracking of requests, the City of Dublin uses JustFOIA to collect, respond to and manage public information requests.

Why JustFOIA?

JustFOIA is a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) online application that helps streamline the open records request process for the community and improve efficiencies in getting requested information quickly and accurately.

The application lets community members submit requests for all city records, including police reports. Commonly requested information includes accident reports, copies of resolutions and body-camera video.

Revised Charter of Dublin, Ohio

This Revised Charter, as adopted on March 19, 1996, became effective on July 4, 1996.

Zoning Code

The Zoning Code for Dublin is Chapter 153 of the Dublin Code of Ordinances. The Zoning Code sets land development requirements and establishes different uses within individual districts. Zoning regulations address the physical development of a site, such as building height, lot requirements, setbacks from lot lines, minimum numbers of parking spaces, sign types and sizes, and other related regulations.
