Admissions

All guests four and older need a stadium or reserved table wristband/online ticket to enter Dublin Coffman High School Stadium. Only reserved table wristbands/online tickets grant access to the reserved table area on the field. Stadium wristbands/tickets grant access to the stadium and offer bleacher seating. Prices for reserved tables and wristbands will be announced soon.

Dublin residents ONLY will be able to purchase two tables per household online. Reserved tables on the sports field seat up to 8 people (children four and up require a ticket). Not sure if you are a Dublin resident? Check your address by clicking HERE. Only addresses labeled under Rec Services as City Resident in green are eligible to purchase a reserved table. If any reserved tables remain unsold as of July 1, sales will then open to the general public.

Now-May 8: Set up/Confirm Your Rec Center Account

Dublin residents interested in purchasing a table must have an active account with the Dublin Community Recreation Center (DCRC) and have verified their residency. For instructions on how to check your current account or activate a free account, please click HERE.

May 11-12: Register for the Table Sale

Dublin residents with an active DCRC account may register for the table sale starting Monday, May 11 at 10 a.m. Registration will end at midnight on Tuesday, May 12. Confirmed registrants will be separated into groups and notified of their assigned time slot on Wednesday, May 13, for the online table sale scheduled later that week. The earlier a resident registers for the table sale, the earlier time slot they will get to purchase a table (similar to airline check-in and boarding groups).

May 14-15: Online Table Sale

On the day of the assigned timeslot, registrants will be emailed a ticket sales link. Upon selecting and purchasing a table, tickets will be emailed to the buyer. Individual tickets can be transferred to other guests electronically.

Tickets may be printed at home or shown on a mobile device. Reserved table wristbands may be picked up in advance at the Dublin Community Recreation Center on select dates, and they will be distributed at the stadium from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

A prime-location table and a parking pass are included with each VIP package for $1,000. Individuals and companies will be recognized for their partnerships on the City of Dublin website and at the evening celebration. To purchase a VIP Table, please contact Jim Loch at rloch@dublin.oh.us prior to May 8.
