3. The applicant will continue to provide additional material and design details with the Site Plan.
4. Final details regarding landscaping, lighting, utilities and stormwater will be required with the Site Plan Review.

- City Council has scheduled their 2017 goal setting retreat on Thursday evening, February 2 and all day Friday, February 3. Location and agenda to be determined.
