Case 16-111 – Preliminary Plat/Final Plat – N. Riverview St./N. High St.
This is a proposal for the dedication of public right-of-way to the City of Dublin for the construction of North Riverview Street and future infrastructure improvements along North High Street. The site extends from the intersection of North High Street and Indian Run Drive to North Street. This is a request for review and recommendation of approval to City Council for a preliminary plat and a final plat under the provisions of the Subdivision Regulations.
