Each year, the City of Dublin prepares an extensive five-year Capital Improvements Program (CIP) to identify capital projects. Our total expenditures for 2016 were $283.4 million, an increase of 15% over 2015 largely due to a significant increase in capital expenditures using loan and bond proceeds. These long-term investments throughout the community include improvements to the 270/33 Interchange, the construction of two parking structures within Bridge Park and park improvements. Watch this video to learn more about some of those projects.
