This is a proposal for a Rezoning from ID-2 and ID-4 to PUD for a residential community, including 139 detached condominium units and 218 multi-family units in 24 buildings. The site is on 65 acres located northeast of the intersection of Shier-Rings Road and Cosgray Road.
This is a request for review of a Concept Plan and for review and recommendation of approval to City Council of a Rezoning/Preliminary Development Plan application for a Planned Unit Development District under the provisions of Zoning Code Section 153.050. This is also a request for review and recommendation of approval to City Council for a Preliminary Plat under the provisions of the Subdivision Regulations.
