This is a proposal for rezoning a 1.15-acre parcel from Bridge Street District Public (BSD-P) to Bridge Street District Historic Transitional Neighborhood (BSD-HTN). The site is located at the northwest corner of the intersection of North High Street and North Street. This is a request for review and recommendation of approval to City Council for a Standard District Rezoning under the provisions of Zoning Code Section 153.176.
