Case 17-080 – Amended Final Development Plan – 4040 Wyandotte Woods Boulevard
This is a proposal for an expansion of Emerald Fields Park to construct two sand volleyball courts, two tennis courts, and other associated site improvements. The 34-acre site is zoned PUD, North East Quad, Subarea 2. The site is located north of the intersection of Wyandotte Woods Boulevard and Scioto Crossing Boulevard. This is a request for review and approval of an Amended Final Development Plan under the provisions of Zoning Code Section 153.050.
