Case 18-015 – Special Permit – 7500 Hospital Drive
This is a proposal for the relocation of an existing temporary technology trailer and parking pad for the Dublin Methodist Hospital on a site zoned PUD, Planned Unit Development, located within the Dublin Medical Campus PUD. The site is located North of Hospital Drive, approximately 1,500-feet west of the intersection with Avery Road. This is a request for review and approval of a Special Permit under the provisions of Zoning Code Section 153.097.
