The week of November 12, crews will be performing bridge joint work on the newly refinished Emerald Parkway Bridge over the Scioto River between Riverside Drive and Dublin Road. Lane restrictions should be expected in both directions. Two-way traffic will be maintained.
Earlier this summer, crews refinished the bridge using a technique called hydro-demolition, which removed the top surface of the pavement. New concrete is now in place.
The City thanks drivers for their patience during this important maintenance project. This timely concrete deck overlay protects the deck and delays the need for a full deck replacement, which is much costlier.
