This is a proposal for a 9,000-square-foot funeral home and associated site improvements. The 2.93-acre parcel is in Subarea C of the Perimeter Center Planned Unit Development District. The site is located north of Perimeter Drive, approximately 800 feet west of the intersection with Venture Drive. This is a request for review and approval of a Final Development Plan under the provisions of Zoning Code Section 153.050, as well as review and approval of a Conditional Use under the provisions of Zoning Code Section 153.236.
