Case 19-045ARB-MPR – Bridge Park, Building Z2 – Dumpster Enclosure
This is a proposal for the construction of an approximately 130-square-foot enclosure for trash receptacles located on the south side of Building Z2. The site is located east of North High Street, approximately 100-feet southeast of the intersection with Rock Cress Parkway. This is a request for review and approval of a Minor Project Review under the provisions of Zoning Code Section 153.066, 153.170, and the Historic Dublin Design Guidelines.
