(Dublin, Ohio) – Dublin Police continue to investigate after two people were shocked on Edinburgh Road just before 8 a.m. Tuesday morning.
The two men from the company OCMS INC, were painting the apartment complex when the 30-foot ladder they were using hit a power line. Jerald Hixon, 55, and David Frizzell, 49, were injured and rushed to two local hospitals. Both are listed in critical but stable condition.
Two residents and a fellow co-worker were able to administer aid before police and Washington Township firefighters arrived on scene to help with the life-saving efforts.
Occupational Safety and Health Administration is also investigating.
