Dublin, Ohio – The City of Dublin has earned the #3 ranking on this year’s Top 50 Green Fleets in North America list. This is the ninth consecutive year Dublin has ranked in the Top 50. Last year, Dublin’s fleet ranked #6.
The Government Green Fleet Award is open to all Federal, State, and Local Government Fleets in North America. Fleets are evaluated based on several categories including composition; fuel & emissions; and education. Click here to learn more about the standards.

The Dublin Division of Fleet Management is committed to purchasing alternative fuel vehicles and equipment whenever possible. The Division maintains nearly 70 Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) vehicles, 10 Zero Emission Vehicles and three hybrid Police Interceptors. The Division also has a no-idling policy and has installed smart technology into five City vehicles in support of Smart Cities efforts to reduce carbon emission, improve mobility and increase.
