(Dublin, Ohio) — With all of the unknowns and challenges happening around us, the COVID-19 pandemic has reinforced the importance of workplace wellness and employee well-being. As part of the Fall FitBiz Wellness Series, the City of Dublin and partners at The Ohio State University are excited to offer a series of FREE virtual wellness classes to support the health and well-being of Dublin businesses and their employees.
FitBiz is a complimentary consulting service offered exclusively for Dublin businesses and organizations, providing corporate wellness programs and services focused on fostering physical and mental health. Whether organizations already have an existing program in place or are just starting out, FitBiz designs customized solutions that address your employees’ needs and your company’s overall wellness goals.

- Learn about and try relaxation strategies for stress management, such as deep breathing, visualization and progressive muscle relaxation. This is a great mid-day break leading up to the stress of the holiday season!
After participating in the Fall Wellness Series’ free offerings, businesses have the option to choose from a menu of programs to fit their current wellness strategy, including virtual options for their employees who are working from home. The City of Dublin can also work directly with businesses to develop a comprehensive plan that suits their staff’s needs. Programs such as fitness classes, educational seminars and health coaching are led by nationally certified trainers and instructors, registered dietitians and experienced health professionals.
