(Dublin, Ohio) — A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle 7:06 a.m. May 4 on Avery Road between Rings Road and Woerner Temple Road.
The pedestrian, Jason Zarate, 54, from Dublin, died from his injuries at 10:22 a.m. at OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital.
The driver of the vehicle has cooperated with Dublin Police investigators.
The police department continues to investigate the incident.
