This is a proposal for the construction of a new 28 space parking lot and stormwater management improvements at Darree Fields Park. The site is located west of the roundabout of Cosgray Road and Shier Rings Road. This is a request for review and approval for a Development Plan within the West Innovation District under the provisions of Zoning Code Section 153.042(D).
