MOTION CARRIED 7-0 TO ACCEPT THE COMMITTEE’S NOMINATIONS TO APPOINT JEFF NOBLE AS CHAIR OF THE VETERANS COMMITTEE AND CHARLES KRUMHOLTZ AS VICE CHAIR AS REQUIRED IN RESOLUTION 60-19.
ROUNDTABLE REQUESTS:
- Ms. Fox would like to see policy/information regarding if/when the City recommends private streets versus public streets in development.
- Vice Mayor De Rosa inquired about the six foot side lot lines. It seems to be the default and may be causing unintended consequences. Mr. McDaniel suggested referring this topic to Planning and Zoning Commission to discuss. Ms. Fox and Vice Mayor De Rosa agreed. Mayor Amorose Groomes stated that she would also like the Commission to consider that if the side lot lines will be less than ten feet, then the HVAC units should be mounted on the side of the house.

- Council has scheduled a meeting with the Planning and Zoning Commission and the Architectural Review Board on Thursday, February 13 at 6 p.m. in Council Chambers. Dinner will be provided at 6:00 p.m.
- Council’s annual goal setting retreat is scheduled for Thursday evening, February 20 from 5:30 – 8:30 p.m. and Friday, February 21 from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. at the Dublin Integrated Education Center, Ohio University campus, 6805 Bobcat Way, Dublin, OH 43016.
