MOTION CARRIED 7-0 TO APPROVE THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE FINANCE COMMITTEE – THAT THE DUBLIN ARTS COUNCIL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR HIRING SECURITY FOR THE MUSTICAL ARTS OF TIBET PORTION OF THE EVENT AT COFFMAN PARK, AND THAT A HOTEL/MOTEL TAX GRANT BE PROVIDED FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF THOSE COSTS UP TO $2,000
