- Council’s annual goal setting retreat is scheduled for Thursday evening, February 20 from 5:30 – 8:30 p.m. and Friday, February 21 from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. at the Dublin Integrated Education Center, Ohio University campus, 6805 Bobcat Way, Dublin, OH 43016.
