- What one City accomplishment were you most proud of from 2018?
- What one thing are you most excited about as we head into 2019?

Visioning Exercise
Applying feedback from the pre-retreat survey questions, in small groups or as a team, we will explore the following:
- Challenges ahead in the next 3-5 years
- Opportunities ahead in the next 3-5 years
- Trends that are or will be impacting Dublin in this same timeframe
- What should we do next to respond to these challenges, opportunities and trends?
Policy Discussion
Reviewing the survey responses related to the question of what types of policies need to be reviewed or developed, we will:
- Briefly discuss each policy topic for understanding and clarification
- Prioritize the list of policy topics
- Assign the policy, for research, review and development, to a Committee of Council or Board/Commission.
