The Dublin Police Department has two new Community Liaison Officers (CLOs): Officers Amber McCloskey and Rigoberto Quintanilla. They join Officer Scott Nichelson as CLOs for the City.
Officer McCloskey is currently part of the Patrol Unit, while Officer Quintanilla serves as a School Resource Officer.
Community Liaison Officers want to find new ways the police department can connect with the community. CLOs work to enhance the department’s outreach and engagement efforts, focused on
- being in tune with citizens’ concerns,
- being part of national and local dialogue about community-police relations,
- finding new ways Dublin Police can help the community,
- looking to citizens for ideas,
- and building a reciprocal relationship with community members.
