Dublin City Council approved an incentives package for Leading EDJE, a women-owned IT consulting company specializing in developing custom, creative technology solutions for complex business problems.
Founded in 2007, Leading EDJE has been proud to call Dublin home and foster technology talent in the community through its commitment to a workplace culture that values professional development and work-life balance. Leading EDJE has earned a number of accolades for its excellence and growth, being named a Columbus Smart 50, Columbus Fast 50, Best Workplaces in Ohio, Top Workplaces in Columbus, Outstanding Women in Technology and Tech Power Player, to name a few.
With its current Dublin location lease expiring in 2019, the company evaluated real estate options throughout central Ohio before determining Dublin’s Bridge Street District fit its business and cultural needs both now and into the future.

IT workers account for 10.5% of employment in Dublin, more than three times the national average.
The Economic Development Agreement includes a $76,000 Retention & Relocation Grant to assist with the company’s move and a five-year, 18% Performance Incentive on withholdings collected for all employees, capped at $90,000 for the term of the agreement.
The project will result in the retention of 19 jobs and creation of at least 16 new by the end of 2021.
Dublin City Council voted unanimously in favor of the agreement at its September 23, 2019 meeting.
