Dublin City Council approved an incentives package to retain an emerging automotive company within Dublin and establish its global headquarters.
CollisionRight, LLC established in Dublin in 2021, offers high-quality auto body repair services by combining advanced training, certifications and the use of state-of-the-art equipment. The company has reached capacity at its temporary office space at Brick House Blue in Bridge Park. After conducting a competitive real estate search to establish a national headquarters, CollisionRight has selected a site in Dublin.
“The addition and flexibility of coworking spaces in the City of Dublin is an advantage to a growing startup business, like CollisionRight,” says Economic Development Administrator Sara O’Malley. “With several automotive brands now clustered in downtown Dublin, CollisionRight is growing into a larger space to establish its global headquarters amongst an attractive workforce in the heart of Bridge Park.”
The Economic Development Agreement is a performance withholding incentive totaling $79,000. The incentive is contingent upon the company signing a ten-year lease within City of Dublin corporation limits of at least 5,000 SF by December 1, 2021.
Together, with their financial partners at CenterOak Partners, their vision is to establish CollisionRight as a leading provider of auto collision repair services in the Central U.S. and build one of the top multi-shop operations in the country.
The project retains six existing jobs and creates at least 27 new employee positions by December 31, 2028. The City anticipates more than $374,000 in net withholdings over the next seven years.
Council approved the EDA after a second reading at its meeting on May 10, 2021.
