If your violation does not require a personal court appearance, and you do not wish to contest it in court, you are required to pay the waiver/fine by the court date listed on your citation. Payment can be made with cash, money order/certified check or personal check, if local. Credit/debit card payments are accepted either in person, via the telephone or online (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express).
NOTE: IF YOU DID NOT SHOW PROOF OF INSURANCE TO THE OFFICER AT THE TIME OF THE TRAFFIC STOP YOU ARE REQUIRED TO SHOW PROOF TO THE COURT OR TO THE OHIO BUREAU OF MOTOR VEHICLES.

Payments are accepted at the Division of Court Services located in the Dublin Justice Center, 6565 Commerce Parkway during regular business hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Tuesday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Posting Bonds
A cash bond or surety bond is required to cancel an active warrant. Bond may be posted with the Division of Court Services during normal business hours (see above for address and hours) and after hours and on the weekends with the Dublin Police Department (same location). To determine the amount of bond required, contact the Division of Court Services during normal business hours at 614.410.4920 or the Dublin Police Department after hours and on weekends at 614.889.1112. Cash and/or credit cards are the only accepted forms of payment for bond.
