(Dublin, Ohio) – The City of Dublin and the Central Ohio Safe Ride Program are partnering to offer discounts on Lyft rides for St. Patrick’s Day to promote a safe celebration communitywide. The discount codes are worth $10 and are valid from March 13 to 18.
Please remember to follow COVID-19 safety protocols, such as wearing a face covering and social distancing, when out in the community. Franklin, Union and Delaware counties continue under a Red Alert Level 3 for COVID-19 on the Ohio Public Health Advisory System.
How the discount works:
- Guests must have the Lyft app.
- Open the app and request a ride.
- Patrons must be either picked up or dropped off within Dublin City limits in order for the discount to work.
- Homebases for pick-ups/drop-offs are: Fado in Bridge Park; Dublin Village Tavern (Old Dublin); Matt the Miller’s on Avery-Muirfield; 5555 Perimeter Rd. offices; Yogi’s Hard Road
- Tap “Promo Code” and then enter the discount code.
The promo code is DUBLINSPD21
Each rider may only use the code once, but it can be used round trip if two or more people travel together.
The City of Dublin and Central Ohio Safe Ride have been collaborating for several years to promote responsible transportation and encourage everyone to not drink and drive.
