(Dublin) – The City of Dublin’s first ever Popular Annual Financial Report (PAFR) has received the Award for Outstanding Achievement in Financial Reporting from the Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA).
The PAFR for year ending December 31, 2017 is an easy-to-read, summarized version of the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR), a 249-page document with detailed financial statements, notes and schedules as well as statistical information.
In order to receive the award, a government unit must publish a PAFR whose contents conform to program standards of creativity, presentation, understandability, and reader appeal.
