Update on Nov. 30 (corrected from a previous update):
The Dublin Police has identified the involved semi-truck driver from the Nov. 4 crash as James Bates. The driver of the minivan, Keanu Williams, has been charged with Operating a Vehicle Impaired (OVI). The investigation is still ongoing.

(Dublin, Ohio) — Dublin Police and Washington Township Fire Department responded to a fatal crash on I-270 northbound north of the U.S. 33 interchange shortly after 1 a.m. Nov. 4. Two passengers were pronounced dead at the scene.
A minivan and semi-truck were involved in the early-morning crash, from which the semi-truck left the scene. Police believe they have located the semi-truck involved in the crash, but it is still under investigation.
Two passengers in the minivan, Jesse Hornak, 23, and Jourdan Thomas, 31, died on the scene. The driver of the minivan, Keanu Williams, 25, was transported to Riverside Medical Center with injuries.
The crash temporarily shut down I-270 northbound between U.S. 33 and Sawmill Road. All northbound I-270 traffic reopened just after 6:30 a.m.
