Planning measures all zoning applications for consistency with the City’s Community Plan and development regulations. The City Code is divided in to subsections outlining regulations related to City’s Community Plan, Zoning Code and Map, Historic Dublin Guidelines, and other related City Codes. Planning works with residents, applicants, and potential applicants to help understand the code language.
