Case 18-010 – Amended Final Development Plan – 5175 Emerald Parkway
This is a proposal for a 200-square-foot interstate wall sign for the Dublin City Schools Emerald Campus. The 10-acre site is zoned Planned Unit District, McKitrick. The site is located south of Emerald Parkway, approximately 600 feet east of the intersection with Coffman Road. This is a review and approval of an Amended Final Development Plan under the provisions of Zoning Code Section 153.050.
