Halloween Spooktacular offers a wide range of activities suitable for all ages, including Trunk-or-Treat, crafts, hay maze, games and live performances. Spooktacular has become a Halloween tradition in the Dublin community, drawing more than 7,500 residents and 50 community organizations
The fun happens at the south end of Coffman Park (near East and West Shelter Houses and Tennis Courts). All activities will be outdoors, in the park. There are no activities in the Dublin Community Recreation Center.

Sensory Friendly Time
On Friday from 1 until 1:30 p.m., there will be minimal lights, sounds and a smaller crowd for guest with special sensory needs
While 99% of Spooktacular is free and open to the public, tickets are required if participating in the Trunk or Treat Trail. This is a FREE ticket used to reserve a time slot to enter the trail. The trail, located in the Coffman South Field, features over 20 local businesses and community organizations handing out candy and treats.The Trunk-or-Treat Trail is limited to Dublin residents and Dublin School District residents only. Complimentary timed tickets may be reserved via the City of Dublin’s website starting Monday, Oct. 16 at 10 a.m. Only children collecting treats along the trail need a reserved ticket (limit 5 tickets per household). Accompanying adults and infants do not need tickets to enter the Trail.
Using the online ticket system, guests can select a 15-minute time slot, ranging from 4 p.m.-7:45 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 19 and 1 p.m. – 4:45 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 20. Tickets must be reserved online before arriving onsite at the event. To reduce wait times, guests should only enter the Trunk or Treat Trail line during their 15 minute time slot.
Parking is available at the Dublin Community Recreation Center, Coffman Park parking lots and Coffman South Field (grass parking).
Enjoy some grub from multiple food vendors on site selling dinner items (ex., pizza, chicken sandwiches/nuggets) and snacks.
Guests may utilize the quench buggy to refill their water bottles or drink directly from the water fountain on the Quench Cart.
The City of Dublin is looking for volunteers to help make this an extra spooky event! Those who are interested should sign up online today.
Local organizations and businesses are invited to be part of the trail by providing candy or other fun gifts for children at this year’s event!

JustFOIA is a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) online application that helps streamline the open records request process for the community and improve efficiencies in getting requested information quickly and accurately.

This Revised Charter, as adopted on March 19, 1996, became effective on July 4, 1996.
The Zoning Code for Dublin is Chapter 153 of the Dublin Code of Ordinances. The Zoning Code sets land development requirements and establishes different uses within individual districts. Zoning regulations address the physical development of a site, such as building height, lot requirements, setbacks from lot lines, minimum numbers of parking spaces, sign types and sizes, and other related regulations.
