The safety of our residents and staff remains our top priority in Dublin as we recover from the winter storm. Franklin, Madison and Union Counties have been downgraded to a Level 1 Snow Emergency. Delaware County has lifted their Level 1 status.
All evening programs at the DCRC will run as scheduled on Jan. 27. Programs scheduled for Jan. 28 will also run as scheduled.

Dublin SnowGo Warriors have made significant progress improving roadway conditions. As a result, the Dublin Community Recreation Center (DCRC) will operate on regular hours on Tuesday, Jan. 27.
Due to Dublin City Schools being canceled, all daytime programs on Jan. 27 at the DCRC are canceled. Evening programs will run as scheduled.

Winter Weather Service Updates
Due to snow and extremely cold temperatures, some City services are operating on adjusted schedules this week.
Trash & Recycling (Rumpke): Collection will be delayed by one day
- Yard waste will be collected on Tuesday
- Trash and recycling will be collected on Thursday
COTA Transit Services:
- COTA will continue to provide service through midnight tonight (Jan. 26).
- COTA will provide bus service on regular weekday schedule tomorrow.
- COTA Mainstream will continue to provide only “Life Critical Trips” on Tuesday. This means service will be provided to customers who need trips for reasons such as medical appointments, work, grocery stores, pharmacies and warming centers.
- All transit services are free for COTA customers through at least end of service on Tuesday.
- The Dublin Connector shuttle service is suspended during a Level 2 Snow Emergency or higher.
We appreciate the community’s patience as crews and partners continue working through challenging winter conditions.
Update : Jan. 26 @ 8:30 a.m.
The safety of our residents and staff remains our top priority as Level 3 Snow Emergencies remain. As a result, the Dublin Community Recreation Center (DCRC) will be closed on Monday, Jan. 26.
All DCRC programs and rentals are also canceled. Staff will reach out with rescheduling information when the center reopens.

The Dublin Justice Center will remain open and ready to serve.

Due to weather conditions and to ensure the safety of our residents and staff, the Dublin Community Recreation Center (DCRC) will be CLOSED today.
The DCRC will continue to operate as a warming center (upon request) for residents who need a warm place to stay. Warming center access is available upon request by calling the Dublin Police non-emergency number at 614.889.1112.

• The Scioto Park sledding hill is CLOSED
• The Coffman Park & Riverside Crossing ice rinks are CLOSED
Update: Jan. 23 @ 5 p.m.
The current forecast is calling for snow to begin Saturday afternoon and continue through early Monday morning with extremely cold temperatures. Total snowfall accumulations are currently estimated between 8”-12” for the Dublin area.
Due to the amount of expected snow, our SnowGo Warriors are focused on keeping roads “passable, not perfect.” The first pass will allow residents to the road for access to necessary emergency services. Crews will return as conditions allow to clear roads as thoroughly as possible.
Be a Good Neighbor
A friendly reminder that Dublin residents are responsible for clearing their sidewalks, curbs and gutter. Please refrain from depositing snow or ice into public pathways or the street for safety.
Warming Stations
Due to the winter storm warning, the Dublin Community Recreation Center (DCRC) and Columbus Metropolitan Library – Dublin Branch are open as warming centers.
Anyone needing heat or power can access these services by visiting the front desk at either location.
- DCRC: Saturday–Sunday, 8 a.m.–8 p.m.
- Dublin Library: Saturday 9 a.m.–6 p.m., Sunday 1–5 p.m.

In order to support faster response and better tracking of requests, the City of Dublin uses JustFOIA to collect, respond to and manage public information requests.
Why JustFOIA?
JustFOIA is a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) online application that helps streamline the open records request process for the community and improve efficiencies in getting requested information quickly and accurately.
The application lets community members submit requests for all city records, including police reports. Commonly requested information includes accident reports, copies of resolutions and body-camera video.

This Revised Charter, as adopted on March 19, 1996, became effective on July 4, 1996.
Zoning Code
The Zoning Code for Dublin is Chapter 153 of the Dublin Code of Ordinances. The Zoning Code sets land development requirements and establishes different uses within individual districts. Zoning regulations address the physical development of a site, such as building height, lot requirements, setbacks from lot lines, minimum numbers of parking spaces, sign types and sizes, and other related regulations.
