The project will improve the edges of the Park Place stormwater management basin north of Monticello Lane to address areas of erosion. Previously, the water level was lowered by 19 inches to fix an upstream stormwater issue. These improvements will restore the basin’s appearance, re-establish the aquatic bench and stabilize the shoreline.
Work Status
Improving the basin within Park Mill Open Space between Park Mill Drive and Monticello Lane. Contractors will be on-site consistently beginning Monday, March 23.
Notice: As part of this work, a small number of trees within the pond area will be affected. Some will require trimming, and a limited number will need to be removed to safely complete the project and support long‑term pond health.
