Bridge Park New Community Authority – Organizational Meeting
The Board of Trustees (the “Board”) of the Bridge Park New Community Authority (the “Authority”) will hold an organizational meeting at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 26, 2016 in the Council Chambers of Dublin City Hall, 5200 Emerald Parkway, Dublin, Ohio 43017. The purposes of the meeting are (i) to elect officers; (ii) to join in the declaration; and (iii) to consider or act upon any other business as may properly come before the Board.
Bridge Park New Community Authority – Regular Meeting
The Board of Trustees (the “Board”) of the Bridge Park New Community Authority (the “Authority”) will hold a regular meeting on Thursday, August 13, 2015 at 8:30 a.m. at the Council Chambers of Dublin City Hall, 5200 Emerald Parkway, Dublin, Ohio 43017. The purposes of the meeting are (i) to approve and authorize the execution of a Cooperative Agreement by and among the Authority, the City of Dublin, and the Columbus-Franklin County Finance Authority relating to the acquisition, construction, operation, maintenance, and financing of certain community facilities within the meaning of that term as provided in Ohio Revised Code Section 349.01(I)(1), which community facilities are to be located within the territory of the Authority; and (ii) to consider or act upon any other business as may properly come before the Board.
