Case 17-019 – Architectural Review Board / Site Plan Review – North High Street
This is a proposal for the first phase for the City of Dublin’s Riverside Crossing Park, West Plaza, and associated site improvements based on the approved Master Plan. The West Plaza site is on the east side of North High Street, approximately 400 feet north of North Street. This is a request for review and approval of a Site Plan Review under the provisions of Zoning Code Section 153.066 and the Historic Dublin Design Guidelines.
