This is a proposal for the new construction of a single-family dwelling on a 4.91-acre parcel zoned R-1 Restricted Suburban Residential District. The site is located on the south side of Brand Road approximately 1,000 feet east of the intersection with Coffman Road. This is a request for review and approval of an Architectural Review Board application for the designated property located outside of the Historic District and under the provisions of Zoning Code Section 153.170, Appendix G.
