This is a proposal for a wall sign for an existing office space on a .24-acre parcel zoned Bridge Street District Historic Core. The site is located east of South Street, approximately 125 south of the intersection with Bridge Street. This is a request and approval of Minor Project Review under the provisions of Code Section 153.066 and the Historic Dublin Design Guidelines.
