This is a proposal for sign renovations and associated site improvements for the existing Historic Coffman Homestead site. This site is located west of Emerald Parkway approximately 400 feet north of the intersection of Post Road. This is a review and approval of an Amended Final Development Plan under the provisions of the Zoning Code and Historic Dublin Design Guidelines.
