This is a proposal for the installation of an approximately 5.33-square-foot blade sign for an existing tenant space located within Historic Dublin. The site is zoned Bridge Street District Historic Core and is located east of North High Street, approximately 175 feet north of the intersection with Bridge Street. This is a request for a review and approval of a Minor Project Review under the provisions of Zoning Code Sections 153.066, 154.170, and the Historic Dublin Design Guidelines.
