Case 17-024 – Minor Project Review – 6655 Sawmill Road
This is a proposal for two new monument signs for an existing multitenant building located within the Bridge Street District – Sawmill Center Neighborhood District. The site is located northwest of the intersection of Sawmill Road and Village Parkway. This is a request for review and approval of a Minor Project Review under the provisions of Zoning Code Sections 153.065(H) and 153.066, and the Bridge Street District Sign Guidelines.
