This is a proposal for a 68-square-foot, illuminated sign for a tenant space zoned BSD-SCN, Bridge Street District Sawmill Center Neighborhood in the Dublin Village Center. The site is located on the west side of Dublin Center Drive, approximately 450 feet northwest of the intersection with Village Parkway. This is a request for review and approval of a Minor Project Review under the provisions of Zoning Code Section 153.066.
