This is a proposal for modifications to an approved patio enclosure including the installation of glass garage doors, face block sill walls, and aluminum storefronts at an existing tenant space in building C2 of Bridge Park. The site is located northeast of the intersection of Riverside Drive and Bridge Park Avenue. This is a request for review and approval of a Waiver Review under the provisions of Code Section 153.066.
