This is a proposal for a variance to the pavement setbacks for an existing industrial building located approximately 550 feet northwest of the intersection of Dublin Industrial Lane and Shier-Rings Road. This is a request for review and approval of a non-use area variance under the provisions of Zoning Code Section 153.231.
